At Candlesuaartil, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of craft supplies and kits. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service team through our contact page
Provide your order number and reason for return
You will receive return instructions and a return authorization
Ship the items back to us using the provided instructions
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
